If your Pathora purchase is not the right fit for your travel needs, you may request a free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items must be returned in clean, unused condition with original tags, accessories, inserts, protective materials, and packaging whenever possible. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are handled based on item availability and the details of your request.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Pathora. Items purchased from another retailer, marketplace, reseller, or third-party seller must be handled through the original place of purchase.
